Over the last 12 months LexisNexis has been listening to our customers’ worries about the effects of the Companies Act 2006 on how businesses are run. In response to their concerns we’ve developed a unique website to allow professionals to discuss and share information about the new Act.
The Company Law Forum helps business leaders and their advisers grapple with the reforms and reach a better understanding of how the changes impact in practice.
