Introducing the Atkin’s Key Document Finder

Following the success of the EF&P Key Document Finder for precedents, we’ve launched the Atkin's Key Document Finder for forms. Both sources offer an extensive range of forms and precedents supported by expert guidance on procedure and law. To enable easy access to their comprehensive array of documents, both sources now offer a Key Document Finder.

The Atkin’s Key Document Finder has recently gone live on LexisLibrary and is a fast and simple way to browse and select precedents, forms and procedural tables in two core practice areas: dispute resolution and personal injury. To quickly find the Atkin's Key Document Finder, simply type “Document Finder” into the Find a Source box in the blue Quickfind. Select Atkin's Key Document Finder then OK. This brings you to the Forms and Precedents page where you can browse the full list of topics covered by clicking on the blue hyperlink for Atkin's Key Document Finder.

This new source is available on the following menus which all contain the full Atkin’s title: Legal Library, Legal Library Law Reports, LexisNexis Library, Atkin's, Forms & Precedents, Atkin's Court Forms and the Bar Collection.

Remember you can also use the EF&P Key Document Finder as a fast, simple way to browse and select over 6,000 precedents in three main areas: company/commercial, property and the newly expanded private client section.

If you use and have views on the material published in Atkin's Court Forms we would love you to fill in a short online survey which will help us continue the development of this key title. As a ‘thank you’, every respondent will be entered into a draw for a new iPod Shuffle! The closing date for responses is 30 June 2010. The survey can be accessed here.
