We collect and use Personal Data and other information from our customers in the following ways:
Personal Data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) provided by you, is used by us to service and fulfil your account and to provide such additional services and information to you as we reasonably think appropriate. As part of this, we will export Personal Data to our affiliate organisation (Reed Elsevier Inc.) in the United States under a standard EU model contract for data processing. Subject to the foregoing, we will protect your Personal Data with appropriate levels of security and will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. You undertake that you have permission of any Data Subject in respect of any Personal Data you send to us.
Payment Details
Any information provided by you in connection with any transaction regarding your bank account details and payment card details will be used by us to process the transaction. Your information will be stored securely and may be used by us to facilitate and personalise future transactions with you. In efforts to prevent and combat identity theft and fraud, we do not retain your full payment card number.

We may use the contact details provided by you (such as your name, job title, telephone and fax number and your e-mail and postal addresses) to keep you informed about relevant new goods and services that we think will be of interest to you, either by post, phone or e-mail.
