Nexis Enhancements November 2009

We’ve listened to our customer’s feedback and implemented the following changes to our Nexis Service:

1. “All Search Forms” button enabling you to create your own search tabs across your Nexis Service browser, enhancing the findability of   search forms such as Company Dossier, RDS TableBase and D&B Market Identifiers.

• Click “All Search Forms” button
• Select the search forms you want as favourites to be visible across your main search menu
• If you previously selected a search page as your start page, this will appear to the left of the selected favourites
• Search pages will appear in the order you select them
• Hit save and those forms selected will make up your main search menu

2. Ability to download results groupings into Excel to produce charts to visualise key publications and themes. Just click the new download icon above the results grouping and quickly get your information in an easy to manipulate spreadsheet.

3. Enhancements to Investext Search Pages, prioritising the most recent reports and clarifying the content you are searching over, which will enable you to find the documents you need faster than ever before. (This enhancement is subject to subscription.)
