The LexisNexis Practice & Productivity Management Partner Program is designed to provide the greatest value and efficiency to our clients. It is open to organisations which offer complementary solutions and services to our core products which in turn adds functionality and value to LexisNexis clients. The Partner Program builds on over 25 years experience of working with other organisations to maximise the functionality and efficiency of our products.
We encourage a spirit of collaboration to develop complementary solutions and services – not only offering benefits to our clients but also encouraging business development and increased revenue and marketgrowth for all parties involved.
There are three types of Partner Program categories:
This program is for world class third party software and solution suppliers that either currently do or wish to integrate with our wide range of products. The development, supply, implementation and support arrangements are generally individually agreed as each partnership has its own uniqueness.
In some cases we act as independents and sometimes we will have a preferred recommendation for our clients depending on the product suite in question. We also have reseller arrangements in place.
Whilst LexisNexis has an extensive Professional Services department who are experts in their product areas there can be a demand for clients to use their own development and consultancy resources – be that internal or external. Generally internal resources are trained by LexisNexis, however to ensure the best standards and quality of the services provided by external consultancies this is a separate category. Value Added Service partners will have access to the latest software, training material, collateral and depending on the product, will have undertaken specific training to gain formal accreditation to implement and develop that product. Accreditation also includes ongoing best practice, technical and product continual training.
When choosing technology and infrastructure our customers often ask if we have any recommendations we can give. This can range from network/hardware suppliers, online backup, disaster recovery, remote hosting and SaaS providers etc.
Generally we are looking for partners who have either regional advantage for our clients or are experienced in the markets we work in.
